The Academic Consortium has secured a discounted group rate for
2024 Congress attendees, including the nights from April 8 - 15,
2024. Reservations can be made at the group rate until March
8, 2024, or until the group block is sold out; whichever occurs first. If you have trouble booking your reservation, it may be due to specific
sold-out dates. You are encouraged to adjust your reservation request
to align with the hotel's availability. The group block has sold out in
past years, so you are encouraged to make your reservations early. Additional Hotel Information General Information - Check-in Time: 16:00
- Check-out Time: 11:00
- Parking: On-site self-parking
- Early departure fee: $75; Guests have until 16:00 the day prior to
arrival to modify their departure dates. - Late check-out fee: $25 per hour after 11:00, No charge for Honors guests.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, do so at least seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax cancellation penalty. International Congress and Members Meeting participants are
responsible for making their own travel and accommodations
reservations. The Academic Consortium has NOT enlisted the
services of a third party to make these arrangements on behalf
of meeting participants. In the event you are contacted by a third
party offering these services, proceed with caution as it may be a
