**CE fee includes Congress + Post-Congress Workshops; Continuing education credit is provided by Amedco and the following professions may claim CE credit when this option is purchased: ACCME, ANCC & APA. Additional provider types may also be able to claim this credit, please check with your profession’s certifying body before purchasing. CE for Licensed Acupuncturists is provided by NCCAOM. International Congress Registration
International Congress registration includes name badge, registration materials and entry to all International Congress sessions, exhibit/poster hall and Congress-provided meals and submission of up to two (2) abstracts* (separate submission required).
One-Day registrations will include name badge, registration materials and entry to all International Congress sessions, exhibit/poster hall and Congress-provided meals for the individual day. It also includes submission of up to two (2) abstracts* (separate submission required).
*If you submitted more than two (2) abstract proposals, they can be added at the time of Congress registration for $50 each.
Members Meeting Registration
Members Meeting registration is available to members of the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine & Health only. If you are a student/trainee, faculty (full or adjunct) or staff at one of our member institutions, you are eligible for discounted International Congress registration rates and able to attend the annual Members Meeting. Method of Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are accepted. The Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine and Health will be listed as the vendor on your credit card statement.

Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy
We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend the 2024 International Congress, you may:
Send a Substitute: Know someone else who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing register@conferencesolutionsinc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at any time.
Cancellation and Refunds: We are happy to accommodate a refund of your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing register@conferencesolutionsinc.com. Cancellations received on or before March 7, 2024, will be refunded. Please note that there is a non-refundable 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 7, 2024.
Cancellation of optional Congress items received by Thursday, March 7, 2024 will receive a full refund for those items. Cancellations can be made by emailing register@conferencesolutionsinc.com. We are unable to offer a refund after Thursday, March 7, 2024.
