Members Meeting

Mark your calendars for April 9th and 10th as we gather ahead of the 2024 International Congress on Integrative Medicine & Health in Cleveland, Ohio. Following the success of the 2023 Members Meeting, the 2024 Planning Committee is diligently crafting a program that fosters connections, welcomes new faces, and provides content that supports the advancement of your integrative programs and initiatives. 

 

The Members Meeting will connect you with members, institutional representatives, and Champions of Whole Health from all over the world. With over 1600 members in nearly 80 institutions, the Academic Consortium's Members Meeting is an opportunity to share time and space with world-wide integrative medicine and health practitioners. 

 

 
 
 

 


Members Meeting Location

The 2024 Members Meeting will take place at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown and the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland in Cleveland, Ohio. These venues are also the official hosts of the International Congress, so you'll be just steps away from all the Congress activities!

Attending just the International Congress? Select April 11 as your check-in date. 

 

Attending both the International Congress and Members Meeting? Special Registration Discount Available:  Receive $50 off your International Congress registration** by reserving your hotel room through the Congress block at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. You must complete your hotel reservation BEFORE you begin the Congress registration process. You must provide your hotel confirmation number when you register. The discount is not available for reservations made at any other hotels or outside the International Congress room block.

 

The registration discount does not apply to Members Meeting only registrants. Discounts will be reversed if the reservation is canceled or cannot be verified. No discounts will be applied after registration is completed. Discounts are only available as long as rooms at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown are available.

Registration

Members Meeting registration includes a name badge, registration materials, and entry to all Members Meeting sessions and meals, including the welcome reception, breakfast, lunch, and scheduled refreshment breaks.

Members Meeting registration is available to members of the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine & Health only. If you are a student/trainee, faculty (full or adjunct), or staff at one of our member institutions, you are eligible for discounted International Congress registration rates and able to attend the annual Members Meeting. Method of Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are accepted. The Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine and Health will be listed as the vendor on your credit card statement.

Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy

We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend the 2024 International Congress, you may: 

 

Send a Substitute: Know someone else who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing register@conferencesolutionsinc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at any time.

Cancellation and Refunds: We are happy to accommodate a refund of your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing register@conferencesolutionsinc.com. Cancellations received on or before  March 7, 2024, will be refunded. Please note that there is a non-refundable 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 7, 2024. 

 

Cancellation of optional Congress items received by Thursday, March 7, 2024  will receive a full refund for those items. Cancellations can be made by emailing register@conferencesolutionsinc.com. We are unable to offer a refund after Thursday, March 7, 2024.
